Frequently Asked Questions

Processing times are between 2-5 business days.

After processing, your order is shipped with the shipping option you selected at check-out. Standard shipping in the USA typically arrives within 3-7 business days. Expedited options (USA only) typically arrive in the USA within 2-3 business days. International orders outside of the USA may take up to 10-30 business days.

Add together the processing time and shipping time from your selected shipping option, to determine an estimated arrival date! Please note that during peak holiday seasons, shipping and production may be delayed.

Since we begin production on orders very quickly, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address after order placement. Please contact us to see if this is possible. Please always double check your shipping address is correct prior to purchasing.

As production begins quite quickly and our items are made to order, we do not accept refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

Please ensure that you select the correct item color, size, personalization (if applicable) and any other details, prior to purchase. Please also ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly, as we do not provide cancellations, refunds or exchanges for delivery addresses entered incorrectly, or incorrect item/size choices.

On occasion the freight provider may mark a package as delivered before delivering. Typically, when this happens the package will be delivered within the next couple of business days. If you still do not receive your package, please contact your local post service and they will help you track it down. Feel free to message us for help!

In the very rare instance that you may receive an incorrect or damaged item, please send us a message with your order number and a photo of the affected item, within 7 days of delivery, and we will ensure this is resolved for you in a timely manner!
